| 子宮內膜異位（endometeriosis）指理論上只存在於子宮內之子宮內膜在子宮外發現，最常發現於骨盆腔。少數病例可能在胸腔內發現（thoracic endometriosis syndrome, TES），如肋膜、肺間質或呼吸道；造成月經期性氣胸（catamenial pneumothorax）、月經期性血胸（catamenial hemothorax）或月經期性咳血（catamenial hemoptysis）現象。本文就其致病機轉、臨床表徵、影像表現與治療作簡單的介紹。（臨床醫學 2014; 73: 124-36） | |
