| 原發性闌尾腺癌(primary appendiceal adenocarcinoma)是少見的癌症，其中黏液性腺癌(mucinous adenocarcinoma)是相當有特色的。闌尾的黏液性腺癌影像上時常無法與良性的闌尾黏液囊腫區分，有賴病理的診斷。但影像上有些特徵可以提供後續外科之療的計畫，及在初步分辨良性惡性上有所幫忙。（臨床醫學 2020; 86: 444-6） | |
