| 左主幹冠狀動脈（left main coronary artery，簡稱LMCA）狹窄患者是一群高危險性患者，外科繞道手術（coronary artery bypass grafting surgery, CABG）仍為目前公認的標準療法。然介入性治療/支架放置術，尤其使用塗藥支架，有著低侵襲性、高成功率的優點。目前正有愈來愈被普遍採用的趨勢，本文僅就LMCA介入性治療近來的進展做一簡單扼要的介紹。（臨床醫學 2009; 64: 107-13） | |
